FVF Burner

The Falcon Combustion FVF Burner is the result of over a decade of low and ultra-low NOx burner Research and Development coupled with Design Optimization. Prioritizing robust stability and reliability, the FVF Burner is a reliable equipment solution that will achieve low NOx emissions through fuel staging and low excess air operation. The FVF Burner consists of a central gas nozzle to support a stable, high swirl, lean core flame, and staged gas nozzles that create fuel rich zones and utilize the entire furnace space to create a cool flame. Operating staged fuel burners at low excess O2 (2-3% O2) minimizes flame temperatures and reduces NOx emissions.
